Wow, can’t believe its September already! I was so honoured to find out one of my tanka poems will be published in Ribbons, the Tanka Society of America Journal, in their Autumn Issue.
Two more of my senryu poems were published in Failed Haiku, a Journal of English Senryu, and one of my haiku will be published in the Asahi (Japan) on September 30. Many thanks to both!
I’ve been having fun creating some photo haiga this summer (traditionally haiga is a style of Japanese painting that often incorporates a haiku). So pleased to have two of my photo haiga in the September issue of Failed Haiku and one accepted in the Urban Fantasist.
Will return in October:)
